“Θα σταματήσω να τραγουδήσω” means “I will stop (doing something else) in order to sing.”
If you want to say “I will stop singing” in Greek, then the correct is “Θα σταματήσω να τραγουδάω” (you have to use the continuous form of subjunctive).

να τραγουδάω → continuous form of subjunctive
