κουραφέξαλα is an informal (colloquial) Greek word and it means "nonsense"

Example:

Τι σου είπε; = What did he tell you?

Τιποτα σημαντικό. Κουραφέξαλα! = Nothing important. Nonsense!

κουραφέξαλα probably comes from the word κουφόξυλα = hollow woods (empty, without content)
