If writing a letter in English to a Greek person, should you also use the vocative form of their name? For example,  Dear Christo (rather than Christos)? I work in the United States. Thank you

Hello

When you write in English you can say "Dear Christos". You don't need to convert the name into vocative case, since these changes in the endings are of no meaning in English grammar. If you do it, though, and say "Dear Christo" is acceptable as well.
