Hi

"my respected one" = "Σεβαστέ μου "

Example:

"Σεβαστέ μου πατέρα" = "My respected father"

In modern Greek the title "σεβαστέ μου" is used very rarely in our everyday life. It sounds old fashioned and obsolete. It would be useful for me to know the context in which you want to use it.

Nowadays we say  "αγαπητέ" or "αγαπημένε" or "αξιότιμε" (=Dear Sir / formal greeting).
