I was wondering how to say you miss people/ things in Greek.

Like, for instance, could you please translate the following sentences:

I miss John.

Foteini misses Japan.

I miss my grandma's spaghetti.

Thanks in advance.

Γεια σου Caetano.

The expression "I miss someone / something" in Greek is "μου λείπει κάποιος/ κάτι".

Examples:

I miss John. = Μου λείπει ο Γιάννης.

Foteini misses Japan. = Της Φωτεινής της λείπει η Ιαπωνία.

or Στη Φωτεινή λείπει η Ιαπωνία.

I miss my grandma's spaghetti. = Μου λείπει η μακαρονάδα της γιαγιάς μου.
