To say "There is nobody in the Restaurant"

Are there two ways I can say this in Greek?

Δεν έχει κανέναν στο εστιατόριο

And...

Δεν υπάρχει κανεnas στο εστιατόριο

Both sentences are correct and the same common.

"Δεν έχει κανέναν στο εστιατόριο."

and "Δεν υπάρχει κανένας στο εστιατόριο."

You can also say "Δεν είναι κανένας στο εστιατόριο."
