Hello again

When I was in Greece last week we had some Greek friends for a meal and I said "Καλώς Ορίσατε".  They answered something like I think "Καλώς σας βρήκαμε".

Is this a standard reply in Greek because I thought it meant I kindly saw you!

Thank you

"Καλώς Ορίσατε" means "welcome", it is a very kind and standard greeting.

"Καλώς σας βρήκαμε" is a very suitable and standard way to answer this.  It respectively means something like "we are very pleased to have came here and found you".
