"Μου λείπεις" means "I miss you".  It refers to emmotions.

If we say "μου λείπει η Μαρία", it could mean "I miss Maria" (because she makes me feel good) or it could mean "I am missing Maria" (meaning Maria is part of my team/unit and I cannot find her).
