When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect information from you that may include: Full name, Email address, Telephone number, Fax number, Bank account number and bank routing number, Financial account number, Card or payment instrument type, Card Primary Account Number (PAN) or Device-specific Primary Account Number (DPAN), Card Verification Value (CVV) [never stored], Card expiration date, IP address, Device Data, Browser data.  We refer to this information as “Order Information.”

Please note that from the above, we never see your card number, CVV, bank account number or any other sensitive financial information.  These are seen only by the payment processors we use.

 

When we communicate with you regarding our service we may ask you for the following information:  name, email address, country, timezone, background and competency level in the Greek language.  If you are interested in Greek lessons for a child, we also ask the age of the child.
