I remember a phrase that sounded like "too kay roo halazmada." Can you tell me what it means?

Hello

The phrase in Greek is “του καιρού χαλάσματα” and it means the “ruins of time”.

You may have heard this phrase in the famous song “Περασμένες μου αγάπες” (past loves), with music from Manolis Hiotis.  Most probably the writer of the song meant that time makes us forget old loves.

Thank you so much. I remembered those words from over 50 years ago. It was my first love, perhaps interpreting the song, who taught me those words. It was thinking of him, with some regret, that prompted my question. Maybe a lost love, but not forgotten.
