Τελικά = finally, eventually, after all, in the end.

examples:

Finally he decided to go for vacation in Crete.

Did you finally find a hat to wear?

After all, the father gave his consent to the marriage.

Επιτέλους = at last.

examples:

At last, we arrived to Crete.

= At last, decide where you want us to go.  I am tired of waiting.

Επιτέλους indicates a longer period of waiting or delay that comes to a pleasant end.  You may say:

= Although he studied a lot, in the end, he did not pass the exam.

You would never use "επιτέλους" here.
