What's the meaning the first part of φλωροζυγαριές? (i.e. φλωρο)

By φλωροζυγαριά he means a very precise balance/scale to weight golden coins (φλουριά).  The first synthetic "φλωρο" comes from the noun φλουρί.

Please note that this word belongs to the local Cretan dialect of the era the book was written.
