It is Koine Greek. It is a phrase from one of the letters Saint Apostolos Pavlos wrote to the Romans (Letter to Romans, ΙΔ’ 7):ΟΥΔΗΣ ΓΑΡ ΗΜΩΝ ΕΑΥΤΟ ΖΗ.
It means : “Nobody lives for himself”.
