Also to include on some islands they say "enta kaneis" or even in Cyprus "intampou kamneis or nampou kamneis" ?

"Ti kaneis" (τι κάνεις) means both “what are you doing” and “how are you”.

In several areas in Greece the language varies.  So the phrases you mention are just idioms and mean the same thing.  Those idioms are only used in oral speech.
