"ισως" και "μάλλον" are they the same?

These two words are they the same, can we use them in the same places, or there is some difference in usage?

Μάλλον translates to rather, likely, probably.  

Ίσως translates to maybe, perhaps, possibly.

We use μάλλον when the odds are in favor of something actually happening.  We use ίσως when the odds are not very much in favor.

Example:
Μάλλον θα περάσω στο πανεπιστήμιο, έχω γράψει πολύ καλά στις εξετάσεις.
Έχω πονοκέφαλο, αν δε μου περάσει ίσως πάω το απόγευμα στο γιατρό.
