When I speak certain words (these are some examples) I intend to always add an ε at the end as without it they do not seem to flow!

For instance: μενόυμ(ε)

                      τήγαν(ε)

                      σχεδόν(ε)

Is this an option or am I completely grammatically wrong?

Thanks

Putting an ε in the end of all words indiscriminately is grammatically and phonetically wrong.

There are specific cases when we have to put an ε in the end of a word.

Maybe in some areas in Greece the final ε is put more often in oral speech due to idiomatic use.

Ευχαριστώ και πάλι

You are helping me a great deal with these 'niggling' points of grammar. Now that I am progressing further with my Greek I will certainly ensure I try to speak it correctly as a Greek person would.

In my defence all I can say is that a few years ago when I started with basic Greek my wife and myself did live for a while in a Cypriot village and I think I must have picked it up at this time.
