Έχεις καθόλου ζάχαρη;

Έχεις καμία ζάχαρη;

Are they both correct?

I think Έχεις καμία ζάχαρη; is wrong because you can't have one sugar. Sugar isn't something you count.

Chris's answer is correct.

We use “καθόλου” with singular uncountable nouns, like ζάχαρη (sugar).  So the correct phrase is “Έχεις καθόλου ζάχαρη;”.  We never say “μία ζάχαρη” (one sugar).

We use “κανένας”, “καμία”, “κανένα” with singular countable nouns, like “καπέλο” (hat).
Example:
Q: Έχεις κανένα καπέλο;
A: Ναι, έχω ένα  … or ...  Ναι, έχω πολλά.

Q: Έχεις καμία ζώνη;
A: Ναι, έχω μία  … or ...  Ναι, έχω πολλές.

We also use “καθόλου” with plural countable nouns, like “καπέλα” (hats).
Example:
Q: Έχεις καθόλου καπέλα;
A:  Ναι, έχω ένα  … or ...  Ναι, έχω πολλά.
