I understand the rules about leaving off the last ς in male names in the vocative - but can you help with this?

If I use the word το αφεντικός (the boss) that sounds correct to me but when I enter it into my translator it always leaves off the final ς making it αφεντικό

Which is correct please? Are there any specific rules?

The word "αφεντικό" is a neutral name (it is not male). It is conjugated in this way:

Nominative: το αφεντικό

Genitive: του αφεντικού

Accusative: το αφεντικό

Vocative: αφεντικό
