"Yesterday there was somebody sleeping on a sunbed on the beach".

I would like to know if this is correct in saying this is Greek.
Χθες/ simera υπήρχε κάποιος που κοιμόταν σε μια ξαπλώστρα στην παραλία.
Yesterday / today there was somebody sleeping on a sunbed on the beach.
I work in a hotel in Cyprus and I'm always trying to express myself in Greek.

Yes, I like your sentence.  It sounds just right, the way a Greek would express himself!
