When filling out a gift tag in Greek with Greek male names, which case is correct for the To: and From: vocative, nominative?

For the example, we can use the names Σπύρος and Κώστας.

If Σπύρος is sending the gift to Κώστας, it will go: "Από τον Σπύρο, στον Κώστα" or "για τον Κώστα".

"από" (from) is used to refer to the sender. "Για" (for) or "στον" (to) are used to refer to the receiver. In both cases, after these, we need accusative.

So we would say:

"Από τον Σπύρο, στον Κώστα" or

"Από τον Σπύρο, για τον Κώστα".
