Hi, if I were to ask someone 'is it possible to go, to eat, is it possible to to buy etc' what conjugation is used for the verb? using Είναι δυνατόν  rather than using μπορώ

For example, if you ask 'can I buy' , the verb uses the form for 'I' αγοράζω, can he buy, the form for he etc, but not sure which construction would be used for the above (or even if you can use this construction in Greek).

Hope someone is able to help. Thanks

With the verb "μπορώ" we use "να+verb" and we conjugate both verbs.
For example: "I can eat"= "εγώ μπορώ να φάω"
"He can eat"= "αυτός μπορεί να φάει".

When we use the phrase "είναι δυνατόν"= "it is possible" , we also use "να+verb" but the phrase "είναι δυνατόν" doesn't change.
For example: "It is possible (for me) to go"= "είναι δυνατόν να πάω".
"It is possible (for him) to go"= "είναι δυνατόν να πάει".
