How do you decompose  the Greek word ξεντερολοϊσμένα?

It appears in "The woman from Zakynthos" by D Solomos (6.17) and is translated as "lacerated" but I can not find it in any dictionary. Thanks a lot

The word "ξεντερολοϊσμένα" is probably a colloquial form (vernacular of Zakynthos)  or a neologism (a word invented by the author). This is why you cannot find it in a any dictionary.

It comes from the prefix "ξε-" = "remove", "extract" and the word "έντερα" = "guts", "intestines"

"ξεντερολοϊσμένα" = those whose intestines have been extracted, therefore "lacerated".
