ΣουΚου (also written as ΣΚ for shorter) means Σαββατοκύριακο (weekend), in slang Greek. Mostly used by soldiers of the Greek Army.
Example: Το επόμενο ΣουΚου έχω άδεια. (I 'll be on leave next weekend.)
You may also hear ΠουΣουΚου (ΠΣΚ), which means Friday-Saturday-Sunday.
So "ΣουΚου μεσημέρια" means "noons of Saturday and Sunday".
